StabiBASE information is automatically updated in the BIM model. StabiBASE ensures that these stored codes are available for all project participants. When working in Revit with central and local files or Revit Server, the MEP engineer has continuous access to this engineering database for modifying and adding technical information based on codes. In addition to this, data automatically enters the drawing title block and vice versa. For instance, by only making the manufacturers that are used in the project available, errors are prevented and you are assured that materials used are in line with industry standards. The settings are template-transcending, guaranteeing uniformity. Examples of such settings are use of color, paper formats, the desired intersection solution and material preferences.
A BIM coordinator or BIM consultant from Stabiplan can enter settings in StabiBASE that are subsequently the same for the entire project, or, if so desired, several projects.
